What you ask us.
Will our data leave the company?
It doesn't have to. We can run AI locally on your premises, in your cloud, or with us – depending on how sensitive the data is and on your rules.
How much does it cost to start?
An initial analysis with a pilot starts at approx. CZK 50,000 excl. VAT. We'll discuss the price after the first conversation – depending on scope, data and complexity.
How long does a pilot take?
Usually about 10 days. We agree the success criteria upfront, so at the end it's clear whether it makes sense to continue.
Which model will you use?
The one that makes sense for the nature of the data, quality and cost – an API, a local model or a fine-tune. We decide by the numbers, not by fashion or by whichever name is trending.
How do you handle the EU AI Act?
At the design stage. We agree which risk category the solution falls into. The chatbot introduces itself to users as AI, we keep technical documentation and operation logs, and set up human oversight. For high-risk tasks we work with lawyers.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
We count on it. We evaluate outputs and models, monitor quality in operation, and where it matters, a human has the final say.
