This website (Algorim AI) presents the artificial intelligence development, integration and operation services of Algorim, s. r. o. We collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what data we process, why and for how long.

Browsing the website
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We don't use Google Analytics or ad networks.
- We may measure traffic only as aggregate numbers (page views, country, browser type) with a tool that uses no cookies and builds no profile of you.
- The website language follows your browser settings. If you switch the language, your choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never reaches us.
- The website runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security). Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser data in order to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
Enquiry form
When you send us an enquiry, we store your e-mail, phone (optional), the description of what you want to solve with AI and the stage you selected in the form (we have an idea, we want a pilot, we use AI), together with the time it was sent. We use the data only to reply to you, agree on next steps and prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't need your consent for this.
- Enquiries from all Algorim websites (algorim.com, algorim.net, algorim.ai) are stored in a single internal Algorim system. Only our team has access to them.
- We don't send the content of enquiries to AI models or use it to train them.
- We will never add you to a newsletter or send you advertising without your explicit consent.
- Retention: for the duration of our discussions; if no cooperation follows, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. We delete it sooner on request.
- If cooperation follows, we keep the data for the term of the contract and afterwards only to the extent required by law (e.g. accounting and tax records).
Customers and their data in AI solutions
For contracts we process contact and billing details. If we develop or operate an AI solution for you, we process your data as a processor – solely under the contract and your instructions, and only to the extent necessary for the solution.
- We never use your data to train third-party models.
- Where the AI will run (on your premises, in your cloud or with us) and who has access to the data is agreed in the contract.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who else works with the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, storage, security) as our processor.
- The provider of our e-mail service, through which we receive and answer enquiries.
- Cloudflare may also process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and also relies on standard contractual clauses.
- We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Just write to zaneta@algorim.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
